Just as a carpenter needs specific equipment, healthy cooking is better with the right tools. I would equate the feeling I get when looking at, using, washing, and putting away my favorite kitchen tools to someone who really loves cars. I store my favorite utensils in different sections of the drawer according to how deeply I inhale when I think about it. Really special, extra useful, and pretty gadgets have their own container.

Crazy. I know. But who better to talk to about the best products to use in the kitchen?
