It’s estimated that 15 million people in the U.S. have food allergies, so knowing food allergy symptoms can help determine if you should take action.

Food allergies have been a popular topic in recent years. We see “gluten-free” and nut allergy warning more and more on everything from restaurant menus to food wrappers. But is this a trendy new diet or could you actually have food allergies?
