Super Easy Protein Bar Recipe


This protein bar recipe is so very easy, and I’ll tell you what – these buggers disappear so fast! It’s a good thing they are easy to make. Each morning, we pack one (ok, or two) in our lunch. They make a great mid-morning or (yeah, and) afternoon snack.

If you have a sweet tooth, you will love them!!

Super Easy Protein Bar Recipe


  • 1-1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (we use a high quality, vegan powder made by PlantFusion; the cookies and cream flavor is our favorite)
  • 1/2 cup organic, all natural corn flakes
  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup natural almond butter
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil


  1. Line 9x9 pan with plastic wrap or parchment paper.
  2. Mix ingredients and press mixture into lined pan.
  3. Put into freezer for 10 minutes.
  4. Cut into bars and wrap each bar in plastic.
  5. Store in freezer until ready to pack or use.
