This smoothie has optimum nutrition, and really helped strengthen my husband, Duane, when he became very ill, and it is one of the best “protein smoothies” we have ever had! A great pick-me-up meal. The calories are working hard, and we love it!

Ingredients

  • 2 Ounces Wild Harvested Power4
  • 1 Ounce Pure Sea Buckthorn100
  • 1 Ounce (15g protein) Protein100
  • 1 Scoop (about 1/2 ounce) 4Fiber Powder
  • 1 Scoop GenEssentials Greens
  • 1 Cup Organic Yogurt (local, full fat is best but optional)
  • 1 Cup Frozen Berries
  • 1 TB Omega and Superfruit Oil
  • 1/2 Medium Banana
  • Add at end to taste Local, Organic Honey

Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients in a blender.
  2. Enjoy this smoothie as an afternoon pick-me-up!

Alternative: If you use a frozen banana, add 1/2 to 1 cup coconut water and eliminate honey.
