These gluten free pizza sticks were inspired by various gorgeous photos of cheesy cauliflower pizza crusts, but I was determined to formulate a dairy free pizza option without using the yummy but hard to find Daiya vegan cheese.
This is probably one of the most quickly devoured snacks in our house. It may take up to 15 minutes for them to be gobbled up. Pizza? Maybe not in the literal sense of the word, but when you dip them in marinara sauce, they sure taste like cheesy pizza!
Don’t be fooled by the fact this is gluten free and dairy free. The toasted flavor of the baked caulfilower is complemented by the cheesey gooy-ness created by the combination of the Vegan Cheesey Cashew Dip and tapioca/arrowroot flower creates a toasty, gooey, albeit gluten free pizza we all crave.
