Gluten Free Pumpkin Pie Recipe
Ahh… pumpkin pie. This is not just any pumpkin pie recipe – it is the recipe that will be handed down for generations. Even after having made five pies this holiday season, my husband has been begging for just one more. I am so pleased to share it with you. And right before it goes into the oven….
Optional (and tastes much better): Use approximately 1-1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger instead of powdered ginger. For a kick, as just under 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
Truth be told: we put whipped cream on top, and boy, is it good!
